Terms and Conditions

Payment

• Payments are made by BACS (Bankers’ Automated Clearing System) on receipt of an invoice.
• Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.
• Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include VAT. (Please note: I am not VAT registered.)

Deliveries

• Prices for artwork listed on this site include postage and packing to UK mainland addresses.
• Artworks will be sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery within the UK.
• Deliveries outside the UK will incur additional charges. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• I am not liable for delays caused by postal strikes, courier issues, or customs procedures, but I will always do my best to resolve any problems.

Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from receipt to return the artwork for a full refund, provided the item is not damaged.
• Please notify me by email before returning an item. Returns should be sent in their original packaging where possible.
• Return postage costs must be covered by the purchaser unless the item was received damaged.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
• Please note: commissioned or bespoke artworks cannot be returned or refunded.

Artwork Display

While every effort is made to ensure that artworks are displayed clearly and accurately online, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to digital reproduction and screen settings.

Intellectual Property

All artworks and images on this site remain the copyright of the artist. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
